Action
Designed a multi-period forecasting model integrating sales history, prescription trends, and market signals. Built Power BI dashboards standardizing Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory Turns, and Capacity Utilization. Facilitated SIOP sessions aligning four functions around a single plan.
